My pup has been biting and jumping no matter what I tried. I was preparing to watch my 2 month old grandson and needed help. I tried the tone of the 1st but it didn't help, just quite a few vibrations and everything was almost 100% resolved. It still bites but it is so tender and it actually only lasted 1-2 times a day maybe 2 days then I only had to use it once or twice a week with days between uses. Jumping I don't use it often maybe once a week as I prefer to stop her with my knee but it kept her from jumping while holding the baby and that was the biggest issue I had to stop. Wet it a few times, had no problems with it. I have never used the shock function, there is no need for it.
