The customer service was excellent! They were very helpful in making sure we had everything covered with our system implementation. I think that this is because they are local to us which made it easy for them to understand our specific business need/requirements. We have not found anything so far that could be improved upon by using their services. Our team used the product daily as part of their job duties. It allowed them to easily access information without having to log off or go home to find what they needed at work.
