I like that we have the ability to choose the way we want the system to run and customize it as needed - also, the customer service is excellent! There is some room for improvement - especially with the reporting interface. I don't like all of the features together yet (as they've changed somewhat), but we are working hard to improve this. The customer service was excellent! They were very helpful in making sure we had everything covered with our system implementation. I think that this is because they are local to us which made it easy for them to understand our specific business need/requirements. I like that SSP is always up to date with the latest technologies. They are very knowledgeable in their field, and they are willing to work with you to find a solution that works best for you. They are also very flexible, and if you're not sure what you need, they will work with you to find a solution. They can be expensive, but as long as the price is within reason, I don't mind.
