Review on SSP DATA, INC. by Eric Wohlman

I like that we have the ability to choose the way we want the system to run and customize it as needed - also, the customer service is excellent! There is some room for improvement - especially with the reporting interface. I don't like all of the features together yet (as they've changed somewhat), but we are working hard to improve this. The customer service team at SSP is fantastic. The system does a great job pulling information from our mainframe source and pulling in data from multiple sources (financial transactions, payroll services to employees, etc.). We cannot find anything yet that we specifically like or dislike. What we like the best and why? That it works! It has really streamlined processes throughout the organization and made things much more efficient. I was able to get a great deal on my data storage. They were very helpful with the setup and implementation of our system. There is nothing that I dislike about this company. They are always there for you when it comes to questions or concerns. The price is very reasonable and they are very helpful. It's a great way to keep all of your business documents in one place. We have been using this solution since we started our company 8 years ago.
