Nice makeover of an old key ring
A great way to refresh an old key ring with a more elegant and modern touch. I also had to shorten the key, go to an independent locksmith and avoid getting the dealer robbed. Mine cost me $40 each. Reprogramming is not necessary. Just install the original transmitter unit. Fits perfectly on my 2010 Pilot and transfer the Honda logo from the old key using a miniature precision screwdriver (avoid scratching, be careful). Enjoy the key now hidden until use.
