Simple, but is it that hard to get the instructions right?
Does the job. Remove the cap from the Presta valve. Unscrew the part of the Presta valve that is blocking the valve. Screw the adapter onto the rod with the widest side (knurled). Add a Schrader valve cap. You lose the safety feature of the Presta valve (screw cap), but you can use any air supply at the gas station. The adapter is removable so it can be used as a temporary measure.
