Expected high quality product

I installed the Trico Diamond blades Twin Pack 26+18. The adapter for the passenger side, labeled "A”, would not lock in and kept sliding off after the blade was locked onto the arm. I checked the drivers side, labeled "D”, and it was fine.I expected better quality but hopefully it was a one-off bad apple in the bunch. Unfortunately, it was the one selected and sent to me 😕
