This little multimeter is really easy to use and very effective. I use it in my truck's electrical system to monitor battery status while the electric cooler is running. It is equivalent to a voltage regulator that cuts off power to the cooler when the battery voltage gets too low. This multimeter gives me a warning before the regulator does its job. Good to know when you arrive at that point so I can start the truck to charge the battery or turn off the cooler until we are ready to continue to our destination. Setting up a low voltage alarm is very simple and the instructions are very easy to follow.
