They were packaged well so the edges weren't creased or creased during shipping. The instructions were easy. These screen protectors exceeded my expectations, especially considering the cost. I preferred their competitors but their packaging was not suitable for shipping. I ordered two and returned them because the corners and edges were warped (due to poor packaging). Reasoning for Expectations: These are textured screen protectors, I bought them specifically for textures because I use my surface pen for drawing quite a bit and I like the feel. YOU CAN SEE THE TEXTURE ON YOUR SCREEN - that's the way it's meant to be, no flaw - just a compromise. The texture doesn't bother me at all and I was aware of this side effect when I bought it. the appearance of my screen is a bit reminiscent of the first generation LCD monitors. structured. the picture is still very clear - not cloudy at all; and it doesn't blur details. Another plus is that I can't see my reflection on Microsoft's highly polished display. Sure, it's shiny and pretty, but I don't want to see my face on the screen when I'm working or gaming. The "matte" finish takes care of that, and I like it. There doesn't seem to be any negative impact on touch or pen accuracy. I can still draw fine lines and the pressure sensitivity seems to be the same. Surprisingly good product so far - I'll update the review if anything comes up.
