Product failed shortly after installation
This item failed in less than 60 days. The remote no longer controlled the light or the fan. Revain says the item can no longer be returned. Very disappointed with this product. Review update: I contacted YOUZIY for a refund, they were very helpful and responsive. They offered a refund but asked to check connections, battery and dip switches first. Somehow the DIP switches in my remote control have been changed! GHOST. After resetting the switches, the remote works fine. Thank you YOUZY!
