Excellent support and compression. I wish the plastic bars on each side of the back were removable. I went further, undid the seams and took them off, they were stuck inside me. Now I can reinsert them at any time. I wish they made it specifically for women with breast support. I've been wasting for quite some time and it's very long, but it can be picked up if it's too long without bunching up. Also, it doesn't open on its own but stays in place, which is good. I can't remember what size I bought, but I bought it as recommended, which I felt was smaller than normal size so I could get more compression.
