I work on a grocery trailer. We cook everything on two stainless steel flat grills with a total grill length of 7 feet. We use this product to thoroughly clean our grill every few months. But it works. Make sure you wear a good respirator. It's very hard on the lungs. Turn on the extractor hood and provide as much exhaust air as possible. Another issue is the price, nearly $20 a bottle. It is important to rinse and clean after use. There are some chemicals in this thing that you don't need in your food. I'll keep using it until I find something that works better. I've tried many alternatives. Work hard, stay humble and kind.
