The most useful feature of this software for me was its ability to run in background so I can continue my work with little interruption from alerts generated by such system! It's easy enought even newbies like myself could use it without too much problems or hassle at all (at least out-of box).

Support staff not always able/willingto help you4), sometimes very slow response time5.), some times UI gets messy after multiple updates6.). Not really an issue per se7,) price point8., no free trial available9.- Security only10)- No integration capability11-) Some users might find their way around certain settings causing false alarms12,- Sometimes performance drops13-, If your looking into something cheap.
