PetSafe Staywell Deluxe Magnetic Cat Door with Selective Access and 4-Way Lock

That's very good. It's very easy to install, even for those who, like me, don't have much experience with these things. We decided to use this to give one of our cats a personal litter box. He learned and mastered the door very easily with a treat. He goes in and out like a pro. When we first installed it it was too low and he didn't like it so we fixed it. It's also very easy to uninstall and reinstall elsewhere. Would definitely buy again if we move and can install it in an outdoor home/cat door. The magnet is very small and strong. The cat (whose name is Nibbler if that doesn't give you a clue) is chewing the hell out of this magnet. Not good for his teeth, and there were quite a few teeth marks on the magnet, but he held on. We had to play with the way he was hanging on his collar a lot so that it wasn't as difficult or easy for him to take the collar off. But the bottom line is that the magnet is STRONG. The door is awesome and Nibbler loves coming in and out for his treats. Other cats have tried to get in here and have been unsuccessful thanks to the way we set up the lock. The only downside I would say is the collar that comes with it. I don't think it was a break. It was very stretchy and was great when we used it temporarily for another shorthair cat of ours with no collar or behavior issues. We bought a few extra spare magnets and decided to break out as the kibble, as did some collars, got stuck after one got in his mouth. We had no problem losing a magnet. Just know your cat so you know which collar is best for her.
