The dashboard is very easy to use. It's not too technical which makes it easier for our customer service reps to explain the program to their clients. There are some features that I want to see in the future. For example, if we have a client who wants to provide a coupon code that they would like to send out to customers via email. However, I cannot figure out how to create that type of option. I am able to pull information from our client's website but it would be nice to have the ability to pull information from other sites as well. Our team has been able to get much quicker results from this tool than before. Before using this tool, we were getting about 10% response rate. Now, with Byzzer, we're receiving 80-90% response rates.
