Runs like new. on pressure regulator

After replacing the large leaking o-ring in the injection pump on my MkIV ALH 03 TDi I expected the car to run like new but it wouldn't even start. I began to suspect an air leak in the filter tee when there was air in the fuel lines even after filling, so I replaced the tee (check valve) and fuel filter. After pumping the injectors, it started immediately. Runs, idles and has more per gallon than ever. If/if the tee fails I will try to update this review.
