So I've used this brush a few times and it really straightens my hair when it dries and I'm surprised because I have thick curly hair and the bristles are numerous and fine appear, but they are not. grab my hair so i can pull it out and blow dry it. I'm very picky about ergonomics. Ideally the handle of the brush should be much thicker, in fact most brushes aren't thick enough for a comfortable grip - I find the handles should be around 2.5 to 3 inches in circumference - to begin with to reduce fatigue reduce hands. Finally, a HUGE hello to customer service. There is a little note in the package offering a free gift if you contact them - I got my (I chose brush cleaner!) reply!
