Review on Samsung Factory Unlocked Warranty Renewed Cell Phones & Accessories and Cell Phones by Byoung Woon Bak ᠌

The purchase is a failure, very unhappy.

A Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus 256 gb was acquired on Aliexpress in Hong Kong on November 1, 2022, for the price of 90 thousand. Just about a year since the phone's first happy review. Since September 2022, when the Protective Standing Cover was in use, the hands-free speaker rattled audibly. Although switching to a silicone case helped, the issue persisted in some form. Similarly, I noticed that my calls weren't going through straight away and that some weren't getting through at all by the end of September. I messed up and switched carriers, but that didn't fix the issue; further contact with Samsung's support team revealed the gadget was broken (I called their support line on 162022 and their service center on Valovaya 11/19 on 182022). The problem is that the phone can only make and receive calls reliably while operating in 4g mode utilizing Volte; 3g and 2g modes cause dropped calls. I was in Hong Kong when the issue first surfaced at the end of September, and due to the spotty 4g network and reliance on internet for phone calls, I was unable to pinpoint the nature of the malfunction. During a business travel to a location with spotty 4G service, the issue became abundantly clear. After successfully moving to a new network provider, I swapped out the SIM card once more on the advice of Samsung's customer service, who informed me that if 4G connectivity is restored, the issue is likely with the new provider. Following a call to the service center on 11/18/2022, engineers reset the firmware and found that the board needed to be replaced at a cost of around $30,000. When I called customer service to inquire about warranty repairs, they flatly refused my request and said we could have talked if I had called before 12022. At the time, I couldn't believe that a flagship smartphone that was less than a year old could act so erratically. Two months of communication failures have damaged my professional reputation, so I've been forced to resort to using my iPhone as a backup device.

Pros
  • I am an avid Samsung consumer and have owned nearly every model the company has released in the past decade. This includes the Note 2, Note 3, Note 4, Note 5, S7, S7 Edge, Note 8, and Note 9. (the last 4 still work with relatives without any problems ). The display on the Note 10 Plus is excellent, and its improvements are clear to see. With more memory available, less frequent checks on storage space are unnecessary. The cameras are top-notch overall, with particularly outstanding stabilization behavior. In addition to its already impressive speed, the ated stylus also responds to airborne movements, which is a great touch.
Cons
  • Sincerely, I lament the fact that Samsung's top-tier price range technology suddenly becomes "pumpkin" ugly once the warranty expires. This strategy, at a cost of $90,000., is horrible. It's unfortunate that the new lottery ticket prices don't reflect improvements in service or quality. If Samsung were to warn consumers about the potentially poor build quality of its flagship devices before they made a purchase, many of them might think twice before plunking down their hard-earned cash for a replacement device under warranty.
