I had a serious neck injury that was causing me constant aching pain and nausea. My chiropractor has done several things that have helped and here is this pillow. It took me a night to get used to it and now I'm very happy with it. Every time I changed the position of my head and neck, I would toss and turn in pain all night and wake up in excruciating pain. I've had about 6 different pillows on my bed over the years and have always swapped them out to find a comfortable fit. This pillow keeps my head and neck straight and in a neutral position in relation to my spine. The wings on the side also keep me centered on the pillow. I had almost no discomfort for a week, which I haven't had in years.
