Review on GooDeal Wastegate Control Solenoid 4036054 by Justino Pratama

UPDATE: 1/24/19: I contacted the seller on 1/20/19 asking for a replacement. They replied that these devices only have a 90 day guarantee, so WARNING - these devices only have a 90 day guarantee! However, since the warranty was running out, they sent me a replacement. Got a replacement and will install it over the weekend. I will update this review in a few months. UPDATE: 01/20/19: This morning I have code P0243 again - specific to this wastegate controller. I am contacting the manufacturer about any warranty and will update soon. Original Rating: So far so good. This solenoid was 1/2 the OEM price from Cummins direct. It looks well built, the cable tail is solid and well shielded. To gain access to remove the old rusted solenoid we removed the airbox and had enough room to access. If yours is badly rusted, use a pipe wrench appropriate for the area. It only took about 45 minutes including removing the air intake and ours is badly rusted. It's been a little over a month, but so far everything is working fine. I will update if it doesn't work.
