Review on DonJoy 260465 Velocity Ankle Brace by Seth Gomez

I order this because I have a constant problem with my feet and ankles supporting it while walking. From the picture it looks like it has two areas where it attaches to your leg and ankle BUT both I received first then the replacement doesn't even remotely render this brace ineffective as it only engages with the Weight flexes when pinned up (causing it to want to go to the ankle where it's thinner). Am I missing something here? Either they have the wrong product image or they are incomplete.
