We have wired internet and the connection that comes into the house has always been stable and strong. After 2 years of renting a Wi-Fi router and one purchased from Netgear, we have been experiencing constant speed issues and random disconnects. We decided to give it a try and have not refused service again. In addition, the speed on many of our devices has become much faster! We are a technologically heavy house. This one is definitely worth it!

HONEST REVIEW. I tested my new router and modem against my old router and modem and that was it. This was due to an Arris Surfboard SB6141 after purchasing the new top cable modem Motorola MB8611 DOCSIS 3.1 with 2.5G Ethernet and ARRIS SURFboard mAX WiFi 6. Tri-Band Mesh AX6600. Works reliably! No crashes or connection problems since installation!

You need a telephone to set up and manage your router. You cannot set it up with your PC. There is a limited list of time zones to use. If you want to use another country's time zone, you can't. You cannot turn off the LED backlight. The hardware configuration is very limited. The application is garbage and the only way to set up a network. None of the devices are connected to the internet for no reason. Update: Apparently my problem is with IOS, I was able to set up Android.super weak sauce. I received this router to pair with an Arris SB8200 modem which upgraded my previous Arris modem to a Linksys WiFi 5 router. My old setup can give me around 450Mbps downloads at 5.0GHz. This new setup gives me 533 Mbps when I'm near the unit and about 30 Mbps in front of (outside) my 2500m2. ft. I'm happy with the speeds. I also have many devices, more than the photo I shared. Just finished setting up this morning and so far very happy with the product. Set up was easy, just 2 minor hiccups that were easily fixed. The first problem was the inability of the control application to join the newly created SSID during installation. This is most likely an iPhone security feature that prevents malicious applications from intercepting the SSID. Quitting the app and using the iOS network settings got around the issue.
