This company should get five stars for customer service. When I received the package from Revain, the plastic bag containing the pet net and gear was ripped, presumably at Revain's distribution center, and the pole holding the top of the net flush with the vehicle ceiling was missing. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the seller immediately sent a new item directly from the seller with a handwritten apology letter. Unfortunately, the pet net didn't quite meet my needs. I think it would be great for dogs but I have a medium sized and very smart cat who insists on sitting on my lap and would do anything to get there! First, I tightened the edges of the mesh with additional zip ties wherever possible, as the number of zip ties provided was insufficient for my purposes. However, after he complained in the back seat of my Rav4 for about 30 minutes, my cat managed to climb up and squeeze through a hole in the edge of the headrest. Luckily that was before I got on the freeway. I pulled over, put him back in the back seat, and stuffed a blanket through the hole. Then, of course, he squeezed through the passenger side and I stuffed my thick winter coat inside. All in all, with some tweaking, it worked, but it's not ideal for an athletic cat! However, I would use it again with my mods.
