Overall good experience with Service Central but wish support was better

I like that we have flexibility in our work schedule so it works best around when my kids start school. It can be difficult at times figuring out where you should go next because there isn't always an "address" posted or it's hard finding what they're looking for online. We've been able to streamline everything from scheduling technicians through invoicing/billing customers while also saving time during calls by searching records together using a computer screen instead of doing paper checks every month! The best thing about this software is that it allows us to keep track of our technicians activities from anywhere in the world. It's very easy to use and has a lot of features. I dislike the fact that you can't see your previous activity in the app when logging in from another computer or phone. Also the application crashes sometimes so it's not always available. Sometimes we need to call our technicians to check if their working on the job or not. This makes things easier for us.

  • Ease with which employees, both managers & staff are notified regarding new jobs submitted& accepted ability access any given technician location directly without navigating between pages manually as wellas having all information viewibly displayed within 1 single page (eases workflow)
