Great all purpose pan

These pans are very durable and are great for both baking and chilling. I started putting half a rack in my half baking pan and using the combo to fry crispy bacon or roasted veggies. Air circulates under the food, resulting in more even baking and a less greasy end product. They're great for chilling, too - I've used them for everything from chilling pancakes in a skillet to frying and chilling jars of yogurt from an Instant Pot. It has survived almost daily dishwashing without scratches or rust.
