The main reason I bought this product was that I didn't want to use bluetooth as a smart lock unlock connection anymore. I found that while the remote access features worked somewhat, the device was never able to unlock my door based on location. I tried to follow all the instructions on their website e.g. B. making sure your phone is not set to Do Not Disturb, etc. However, I have found that despite all the advice I have followed, I still have not been able to get the product to work. . I contacted support and they said there should be an update to help me with my issue. However, a lot of time has passed and unfortunately, not only have I not heard from the support team, but I have also not seen an update that would solve the problem. Too bad because the "Auto-Lock" function works really well; However, I couldn't get the auto unlock feature to work. I was hoping this wouldn't happen as I spent extra money for this feature.
