So waiting for the 3rd generation lock. Mine came DOA. Tried three sets of batteries, confirmed how they should be installed. There was never a beep when inserting the batteries. When they called support they confirmed it was a new lock that never activated and said I could send it to them for repair but no replacement without ETA for repair.
