It does most of what it says on the tin but the main reason I bought this particular smart lock was the price, the reviews and that it should open the door automatically, as soon as you are within Bluetooth range. This feature is terrible. So far out of 3 phones only iPhone X works this way and only 20% of the time. This means it will NOT work for iPhone X 80% of the time and will NOT work at all for all Android devices. My Android phones are the Galaxy S9+ and Galaxy Note 5. If you buy this lock and think it will help you get in the door without fiddling with the keys then DO NOT get this lock. Yes, I've called support several times but they can't fix the problem. The problem, I think, lies in the application that talks to the door via bluetooth. I think IOS and Android OS automatically kill it as part of OS maintenance process. You need to make the application a service for it to ALWAYS work and I think all problems will be solved. But nobody will listen to a 25-year-old programmer with extensive experience in this field in August.
