Great scent but cheap

I also had a sandalwood smell and had no problems but... half the sticks don't burn and need to be lit 2-3 times or sometimes longer before they burn. Burn down. They are also difficult to ignite. I've been burning incense sticks for years and haven't had this problem with other sticks. As I said, the scent is great, but they need a lot of work because they light up in 10-15 seconds (now I took them off the candle because match and lighter take too long) and you have to light them several times. The current stick I'm using has just lit up for the third time and isn't half burned out yet.
