Very difficult to operate ie mount drawers on rails. 50% of the time the crate comes out of joint. The rail is the part that attaches to the inside of the cabinet. The soft close feature doesn't always work. I've never heard of this brand before but decided to try it. Never again. I had to use all of them Buy new screws as the Phillips of the screws provided was rounded before full installation I think there are too many plastic parts that wear out very quickly and move or bend Not quite accurate definition of what happens to the plastic part This is first time using soft close closers so it's possible all soft close gliders have issues, I'm really considering removing all gliders and sending them back.
