Cons: 1. The case didn't stay up after the computer was opened2. The case is slightly scratched3. The case is so difficult to show fingerprints that you can't even touch it without it looking dirty (I bought the matte version - I think the glossy one would be better). 4. The screen protector was just a piece of cheap plastic film5. The screen protector did not fit and could not be applied without bubbles6. The edges of the keyboard cover were curved so they couldn't fit snugly against the keys. Pros: 1. I was able to return it for a full refund
