My husband and I recently started lifting weights and I didn't want to scratch my wedding ring. I'm very happy with the rings and it's great to wear them to the gym with no pain. I would consider ordering a size smaller than you think - silicone is very stretchy. If you use their size chart and can go beyond the inside diameter of an existing ring that fits snugly, you should be fine. I think I measured on the finger and not where the ring normally sits on the knuckle. I liked the product and was also happy to see a more floral design.
