I had to lift 20-22 pounds somehow. Turkey out of my broiler for quite some time! now that i found it. No more bending your forks to lift your bird onto the platter! The thing is great! Just take the bird, roast, ham or whatever out of the pan. Pull out the pen. And BAMM! Great product! I highly recommend it!
