Went to a friend's barbecue and had one that he used for ribeye steaks. He fastened it to his belt and a pleasant voice told him the meat was almost ready. We went for the BBQ and after a few minutes we were told again that the meat was ready. These steaks were perfectly med-rare. When I got home I went straight to the computer, checked and ordered. My first use was grilled chicken. I had to insert a probe to keep the wire from wrapping around the chicken every time I wanted to check it, but the chicken was perfect when this device said it was done. I will be buying more to give my family for Christmas.
