I bought these for my 2005 Pontiac G6 and they are definitely a good buy. But I work at a GM dealership and one of the GM trained technicians couldn't get the programmer remotes. I believe since he does just that on a daily basis and gets paid for it, you can eliminate user error that leaves faulty hardware, and that's exactly what it is. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, pay a little more for something you don't have to throw in the trash.
