The customer support is excellent! They are always willing to go above an beyond expectations for you as they want your success too!! There has been nothing that I've found wrong at this point in my relationship with RSHS (I'm currently being supported since 2008). My only concern would be having more than one person working from home during COVID19 - we were not allowed remote access until now but it's still limited so far and could become harder over time without additional staffing resources or increased compensation packages offered elsewhere. A great team who really cares about customers needs and wants.
