Two different materials, solid upper layer foam under layer that has channels cut to fit the floor.Pros:- Top layer is slightly grippy, about what you'd want for a bed liner.- It really does fit the corrugations in the van floor and matches the wall contours, nice work!Cons: - Corrugations in van floor are not continuous, channels in liner are, so when you walk over this area it pushes in 3/8 in, although you don't notice any depression when there is no weight on it. Solving this would probably increase the cost substantially though, I'll just throw somethign solid underneath. - Bottom foam layer with channels cut into it is flimsier than I had hoped, and is pretty soft when walking on it. I was expecting something like neoprene, but it is closer to large cell stiff packaging foam (kind of shows in attached picture). I can't really hold this against the BEDRUG though as they don't promise anything specific.
