My 9 year old has sensory issues and I liked that this type of mask made it easier to breathe. The inner material was quite soft. However, the chin seam was spiky, so he prefers other masks. The masks smell like chemicals when you first open the packaging, but that wears off after a few days, so we just opened the packs at once and let them air out.
