Review on PomeloHome 5-inch Paring Utility Knife - Hybrid Design with German High Carbon Steel by Elizabeth Brooks

Good choice for a "utility knife "

This knife caught my eye for review because it is sometimes described as a "paring knife" and we needed new paring knives in our kitchen. I'm the chef in our family and I usually use more than one paring knife in the kitchen every day. It turns out that the dimensions upon arrival of the knife are closer to those of a normal "utility" knife, as the manufacturer of this knife describes it. I tend to think that paring knives are more compact so I can conveniently manipulate the knife while peeling or cleaning. It's a bit longer than my other paring knives so I don't think I'll be using it in my regular paring and paring. However, I will use it regularly for general cooking. Also, I was curious how the uniquely shaped handle would feel in my hands. Turns out I like it. I expect this to be a strong, durable knife and a common knife in our kitchen.
