Only 6mm hole; restricts water

I bought this particular part because the picture shows an "inlet" hole about 11mm. The part I received looks identical on the outside, but the "inlet" hole is only 6mm. So, not enough water for two shower heads, that was the whole point. And drilling is not an option, there is almost no material before tapping.
