Easy to set up, live customer service is very helpful when things go south! We are able to see trends in real time that makes our job easier while we're out of town or even at home during working hours if need be.
Nothing yet but what I hear from others about their experience with Livedrend is excellent so far!! Make sure you have everything setup correctly because it will take your team some getting used to as it's not like other platforms where once its all configured there shouldnt'be an issue after that point (for me anyways). Be prepared to train people, get them comfortable using this platform - otherwise they wont use what can easily help improve sales/ ROI. Sales performance improvements across multiple channels including social media, email marketing, web traffic etc..
