Everything you need to know, including blood pressure information.

I received my juice and the expiration date was mid-2019. I've noticed that some people are complaining about the juice being old or about to expire. I bought it because science tells us that beetroot juice lowers your blood pressure. Since blood pressure can be measured, I decided to give it a try. It works to lower blood pressure! This serving is equivalent to 1.75 8 ounces (420 ml) of beetroot juice that you can purchase at the grocery store. If you want to know if beetroot juice is right for you, go to the store and buy beetroot juice. It's about $7 for 32 ounces. That's about half as much as in this picture. However, after drinking 2 cups of beetroot juice, you will really see what the added value of Beet-it is. It converts 420ml to 70ml or approximately 1.75 cups to 1/4 cup. bad taste? Well, not if you're expecting candied turnips. If you think it's going to taste like Five Hour Energy Mango, you'll be sad. It will definitely smack you in the face when you blow. Think of it like a bad shot at a bar. just bring it down What can Beet-it do to make it taste better? You can't do anything. It's a beetroot! You could add something like apple juice, but then you'd have to drink more. If you wanted you could dilute it. I read that someone diluted it with 16 ounces of water. I think it's better to just go downstairs. In any case. It also contains 890 mg of potassium, which also lowers blood pressure by replacing salt in the body. So it's a double whammy for BP - nitric oxide and potassium. Oh, in case you didn't know, even if you're healthy now, lowering your blood pressure lowers your chances of dying later and helps you live longer.
