First came the blenderโฆ. Wasn't the color I ordered. Then the loading part was the standard, it was loosened. Then the top strap came loose. When I switched to mixing (FULLY CHARGED) it ran for two seconds and then shut off. Will definitely not order again, at least not from the company/person.
