Works fantastic. I've had a long-standing problem with damaged or frayed USB cables, especially in cars, and this eliminates the need to plug and unplug them every time I place my phone on the car mount. (Also, my phone's USB port became suspicious, and even when plugged into a new cable, it barely charged when the screen was on.) I have an LG v60 with a very large screen, and this mount holds it up like a pro. Definitely recommend buying a more powerful adapter for maximum charging speed (but still works very well with a cheap one).
