I like that this web app helps me keep track of my client's feedback (and it makes them feel good too). It also gives you an easy way to respond back without having to write long emails or texts! This is great for time-constrained business owners who need quick responses from their clients/customers. The only thing I dislike about cloutedy is that sometimes when they update something, there are glitches with how things appear online. If your looking into keeping everyone happy then use this tool. You can easily communicate quickly via text messages as well which many people don't even do anymore since texting has become so popular nowadays!!
