Review on Ontic by Eddie Shields

I've been with Ontic since day one as an account manager. They have always treated me like family - never once has there ever been any bad blood from them towards me or my clients (which are many). I think they're really doing something innovative by using AI in their product that no one else seems to be doing right now. If you don't know what you need then try out demos to see it in person. If it doesn't look good enough/doesn't match what your looking for, find someone who does. Don't fall into the trap of buying everything new just because some big firm says this is better than that other thing. You will regret spending tons of money if Ontic isn't going to help you solve problems. Our department's goal was risk mitigation through identification of known offenders through our social media program. We were able to track them down pretty much immediately after implementing ONTIC.
