The ruler is clear and well marked
This does not look like the picture. At first I thought I had received the wrong item. With markings every 1/4 inch everything is clear. It also has a 45 degree angle. As much as I was attracted to the picture, the color would cause problems seeing the fabric. It will work for what I bought it for.
