There was a stain on our cream leather chair - I tried everything to get it out. Finally, I desperately tried bleach (bad idea, btw). The stained spot has turned an unpleasant shade of brown. My sister recommended this product to me, so I ordered it. Now my chair looks beautiful. In the end, I not only retouched the smudge, but also retouched other frayed areas to make everything blend together. I didn't realize there was sealant in it at first, but I ordered it and applied it and this old chair looks almost brand new. I only did this last week so can't speak on durability but I'm no longer looking for a new leather chair. I followed all the instructions to the letter. I used the cleanser, let it dry completely, applied it, waited 72 hours and then applied the sealer. But I'm very satisfied.
