I am a retired widow. I spend a lot of time watching TV. Being a widow, I have to work part-time to make ends meet. I'm looking forward to the NFL season, but I work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. So no football. I bought this device to record professional soccer games on Saturdays and Sundays. Haven't had time to test it on them yet, but recorded a few shows to see how it works. I was concerned because one reviewer said the USB stick was not for him. I bought a 64GB unit for $7.99 and it works really well. I unplugged the cable from the old dish and plugged in a pair of ten year old bunny ears and I got 42 channels. Who needs cable. I added Philo TV for $20 and get 56 cable channels and 42 local channels can't beat that. Thank you again Revane, the world is a better place with you.
