On cold days, I wear these sleeveless thermo-compression shirts under my cycling jersey. I wear the standard thin, moisture-wicking sleeveless underwear, this thermal shirt and jersey plus handheld sunglasses for days around 60F. Add a vest and swap out the drapes on the sleeves for warmer ones and you get at least 50F and maybe even less. As others have noted they last a very long time but that's not too bad for a cyclist as you don't want your shirt riding up the back when you lean forward on the bike. I'm 6ft 170lbs - XL fits very well. I could probably wear an L but the compression might be too much. Good value for money. I wish I could get it in a short sleeve version for colder days so my arms don't get cold between the hand warmers and the sleeve top on top of my shoulder on really cold days. They make such a shirt but it never comes in L or XL. I also have a long sleeve version, but it's not as thick and doesn't compress enough, so the sleeves are loose instead of tight like arm warmers. Can be worn under a long sleeve shirt.
